KaeserCompressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill theposition of Technical Administrative Coordinator for our location in Fredericksburg, VA.Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will:
- Provide intra-departmental supportincluding: Analyze and suggest improvements for project management,manage accessory products, coordinate and monitor project timelines, and general support for the Warranty and TechnicalSupport departments
- Create and analyze reports ofcritical department processes on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure a highlevel of quality and efficiency.
- Implement, manage, and monitorproduct improvement initiatives
- Coordinate department related ISOprocedures
Required QualificationsThe successful candidate's background will include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent(required); Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Expert verbal and written Englishproficiency
- Intermediate skill level inMicrosoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- SAP experience (preferred)
- 3 years customer service experience(required), commercial or industrial experience (preferred)
This position can be Full Time or Part Time.
