Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of Technical Administrative Coordinator for our location in Fredericksburg, VA.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
* Provide intra-departmental support including: Analyze and suggest improvements for project management, manage accessory products, coordinate and monitor project timelines, and general support for the Warranty and Technical Support departments
* Create and analyze reports of critical department processes on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
* Implement, manage, and monitor product improvement initiatives
* Coordinate department related ISO procedures
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate's background will include:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
* Expert verbal and written English proficiency
* Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
* SAP experience (preferred)
* 3 years customer service experience (required), commercial or industrial experience (preferred)
This position can be Full Time or Part Time. We offer a competitive salary and benefit packages to Full Time employees, including Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
