As a Technical Advisor, you will engage directly with a global network of owners, operators, and maintainers, ensuring their needs are met swiftly and effectively. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance in the aviation sector, providing you with a sense of accomplishment and pride in your work. This is a 3rd shift position.

* This position is 100% onsite and no remote or hybrid work is available at this time *

Additionally, the Technical Advisor will:

* Conduct in-depth research on engine maintenance and produce clear, technically accurate reports that drive informed decision-making.

* Collaborate with our Repair Station and Product Support teams to coordinate engine maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operations.

* Provide hands-on engine maintenance instruction to service center technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

* Perform fleet analysis alongside a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our product support initiatives.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience is required

* Strong problem-solving skills including a proactive approach to resolving challenges

* Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is preferred (Pilot, A&P, Engineer, or other technical roles).

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information

* U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if necessary
