Job Title: Technical Analyst
Assignment Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $52/hr on W2
Primary Responsibilities:
The Technical Analyst will play a key role in supporting enterprise-level system integrations and applications. The position will focus on system analysis, configuration, quality assurance, and escalated support activities.
- Collaborate with business teams, developers, third-party vendors, and end users to identify and document technical requirements for system integrations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Write and execute functional test scripts; perform system integration testing to validate deliverables.
- Evaluate system outputs to ensure they are defect-free and meet quality standards.
- Document processes, workflows, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with departmental standards.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Learn complex business processes to facilitate project delivery and consensus among diverse user groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical analysis role with the following skills:
- Development of user stories, application requirements, and process flow diagrams.
- Use of requirements elicitation techniques: interviews, job shadowing, process analysis, and brainstorming.
- UI design and/or mockups with detailed specifications.
- Creative problem-solving and issue resolution to maximize IT investments.
- Managing conflicting priorities across user groups and gaining consensus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- General understanding of application architecture and technology.
Special Skills/Training Desired:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Formal training or certification in Business Analysis, group facilitation, or project management.
- Experience writing SQL queries (Microsoft SQL Server).
- Background in data analysis.
