Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing technology solutions, supporting IT projects, and providing insights to help the business make informed technology decisions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for learning about emerging technologies and applying analytical skills to real-world business challenges at MillerKnoll. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, configuring system solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. What You'll Do Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify technology trends, system performance issues, and areas for improvement. Support IT Projects: Provide support on various IT and technology projects by assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders. Technology Research: Conduct research on new and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization. Reporting: Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations based on technology performance data. System Testing: Participate in the testing of software and hardware systems to ensure they meet business requirements and function properly. Documentation: Assist in documenting processes, technical specifications, and system configurations for future reference and training. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to support technology initiatives. Troubleshooting: Assist with diagnosing and resolving basic technology issues under the guidance of senior analysts and IT staff. What You Bring The needed skills and experience for this role include... Familiarity with basic IT concepts, data analysis, and technology trends. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus. Knowledge of ERP project coordination and management Good communication skills for reporting technical findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies. Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program. Must have satisfactorily completed basic coursework in the chosen degree program. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
