Job Title: Technical Analyst

Job Summary
The Technical Analyst will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, software, network, and enterprise application issues in both patient and non-patient care areas. This role involves preventative maintenance, technical support, inventory management, and assisting in various IT projects to ensure efficient operations across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware, software, telephony, and clinical equipment.
- Provide technical education and support for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Manage and document inventory for break/fix equipment and spare parts.
- Assist with department moves, equipment installations, and routine maintenance.
- Respond to emergency technical issues and provide on-call support as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with policies and safety protocols.
- Drive equipment between facilities using personal or company-provided vehicles.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under stressful conditions in patient care areas.
- Reliable transportation and ability to meet driving requirements.
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with patient care, telephony, inventory management, and IT maintenance.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Continuous standing and walking.
- Exposure to electrical hazards and biohazards.
- Evening and weekend hours may be required for specific projects, training, or emergencies.
