Job Description:
Job Summary:The associate will be part of a team of analysts and specialists with responsibilities that include but are not limited to reviewing client collateral to provide loan recommendations to MS Bank, data entry of client information into various loan systems, and managing client documentation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client collateral to provide loan recommendations to MS Bank.
  • Data entry of client information into various loan systems.
  • Client documentation management.
  • Monitor and respond to activation and servicing requests from Wealth Management branch offices.
  • Review risk reports.
  • Participate in various testing initiatives and projects.
  • Update and maintain department metrics.
  • Conduct periodic updates of policies and procedures.
  • Escalate issues to management.
  • Support incoming telephone calls to the LAL Operations hotline adhering to script guidelines.
  • Assist in enhancement projects, participating in discussions to explain team processes to counterparts such as technology, business units, and other areas as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive change and improve efficiencies on the team.
  • Self-motivated and willing to assume responsibility.
  • Ability to prioritize between competing projects and deliver by deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in loan processing or documentation.
  • Familiarity with loan systems and documentation processes.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Project management experience or certification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
