Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in mid-town Manhattan, NY. Hybrid: will need to work in the office 3 days/week/ Responsibilities :
- Elicit, analyze, and generate Business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, flow diagrams, and supporting documentation)
- Liaise with the development team to ensure the product is developed according to specifications
- Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plan
- Responsible for providing business analysis and data analysis support for application enhancements: eliciting and documenting business requirements, user acceptance testing, data analysis, and product support.
- Support the Real Estate / Commercial Mortgage group with tools and applications.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in business and data analysis
- Financial Services experience
- Strong SQL expertise
- Established technical knowledge in software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting.
- Collaborate effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups.
- Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks assigned.
