Technical Business Analyst - Contract or CTP - Orlando, FL - $35.00 - 48.00/hr.The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available.Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Orlando, FL.Role Description•Work closely with stakeholders and the development team, supporting custom operational applications development; leading meetings to refine business needs while effectively communicating between technical and non-technical audiences. (30%)•The technical business analyst is responsible for defining, documenting, and supporting the design of system requirements. (30%)•Support the development team by facilitating process re-engineering, tracking, and resolving change requests/bugs, organizing data, and ensuring an optimal user experience; as well as, answering questions, participating in peer reviews, and validating that the system performs to the required specifications (30%)•Create end-to-end processes and tools for how a company should operate. (10%)Skills & Requirements•5+ years' experience as a business analyst, systems & information analyst, project manager or a similar role•Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to document and trace requirements through the software development life cycle•Prior experience in software development and testing activitieso No specific language required; they build inhouse applications•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related fieldPluses, nice to haves?•Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Engineering or related fieldBenefits/Other CompensationThis position is a contract/temporary role where Hays offers you the opportunity to enroll in full medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401K and Life Insurance ($20,000 benefit).Why Hays?You will be working with a professional recruiter who has intimate knowledge of the industry and market trends.
