POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.* Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and system requirements.* Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the technical viability of proposed solutions and identify potential risks and challenges.* Work closely with development teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that leverage various technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.* Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data from databases to support business analysis and reporting needs.* Define and document solution architectures, including Azure infrastructure components, services, and integrations, to support the development and deployment of scalable and secure solutions.* Collaborate with project managers, developers, tester and other stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.* Provide ongoing support and guidance to business stakeholders on the use and adoption of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including best practices, optimization strategies, and governance policies.* Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and drive innovation.* Performs other duties as assigned or required.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on technical solutions and Microsoft Azure cloud services. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, SQL certifications) are desirable but not required.* Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures, with hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Active Directory.* Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).* Experience with business analysis techniques and methodologies, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly language.* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: NoneNON ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:* Work is normally performed in a typical interior / office work environment.* Minimal physical activity required.* No or very limited exposure to physical risk.Please note: At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
