Expected salary range of $64,800 to $72,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Perform all production activities associated with the Records Management Program to ensure that records, procedures, and configuration control documents are processed and maintained in compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Quality Assurance and Exelon procedural requirements. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Controlled document processing reserve new documents, review incoming documents for completeness and signatures, perform issuance actions in EAM (PassPort/PIMS), update EAM with changes, perform distribution and filing. Interact with originating department to resolve normal processing problems. Perform distribution audits. Records processing receive records from originating departments, index or update indexing data as needed, scan record content, identify scanned content requiring alternate storage, verify scanned images, and create microfilm. Archive, file, store and retrieve records using records software and database search methods. Customer service perform records and document searches, provide copies of controlled documents and records, etc. Information Management process electronic files into Electronic Content Management (ECM) system in coordination with Controlled Document processes, licensing processes and Engineering processes. Ensure proper conversion of source files to rendition format (pdf, tif). Ensure content in ECM correlates with controlled documents to provide accurate documents to end users. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain unescorted access to nuclear plants. Demonstrated knowledge of PC and mainframe applications. Ability to lift 40 lb. records box. Work alternate schedules, respond to off hour requests and support EP positions as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Controlled document/records management experience Familiarity with operation and maintenance of high volume reprographic equipment, scanning equipment and aperture card/microfilm/plotter equipment. Knowledge of PIMS/Passport.
