A well-established FX trading technology firm is looking for a new Technical Client Services candidate! Client: Leading FX Trading Platform Provider Role: Technical Client Services Location: New York, NY (Manhattan - On-Site) Comp: $95K - $115K+ Base Overview Our client is a leading FX trading platform provider who are well established and bring a global footprint. They are looking to hire a Technical Client Services candidate who lead their end-user and platform support efforts and are a crucial part of their wider client services group. The team focus heavily within production support, incident management, and general technical advisory services for all platform end-users. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality Lvl 1-2 support for institutional client queries as it relates to the platform.
- Provide educational discussions to institutional end-users regarding platform usage, feature additions/enhancements, and products.
- Review FIX logs for issue resolution and driving investigations internally for client issues/requests.
- Manage integrations, help lead incident response, and assist with production & post-delivery support.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-5+ YoE in Technical Client Services, Production Support, or similar technical-focused support role.
- Experience within the FX markets ideally supporting technical end-users
- Prior work within roll-outs, requirement documentation. Incident Management experience is a great bonus!
