Role: Technical Consultant Location: Reston, VAJob Description Multiple openings available for following positions in Reston, VA and unanticipated client locations throughout the US: Technical Consultant - 1920 Association Dr, Suite 501, Reston, VA - 20191. Design, develop and maintain new applications, and solutions to enhance IT service requests in Service Request Management module. Automate the process of creating and adding items to the service catalog and implement technology solutions. Perform Software configuration/ customization including UI customization, workflow administration, data imports, third-party software integrations and homepage customization. Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows.
