The overall experience of around 6-8 years in the CPG/Retail Domain including the Digital Shelf area.Technically savvy in technologies like PL/SQL Stored Procs. Knowledge of Salsify is good to have.Act as a coordinator between the onsite and offshore teams and the go-to person for the client teams.Gather requirements from the business teams and pass them on to the offshore team.Help with testing defect fixes, enhancements, and smoke testing.Resolve day-to-day technical and functional queries of the team.Facilitate quicker problem resolution by collaborating with various stakeholders.Has the ability to work with client Technical and Business teams.Should have excellent communication skills, flexible to support/handle critical activities when demanded anytime.#J-18808-Ljbffr
