Job Description:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to help us scale our offerings and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for Pathlock Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and in real time.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Address customer inquires, troubleshooting issues and providing technical solutions.

Product Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Pathlock Cloud product suite across the Application Access Governance portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionalities and be able to discuss in-depth with the customer.
  • Share product knowledge with customers and internal teams.
  • Give feedback to product and product documentation on potential gaps.
  • Help prioritize product enhancements.

Customer Success:

  • Monitor PLC deployments and check in with select customers as needed.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of Pathlock Cloud customers.
  • Contribute to customer success initiatives and programs with technical Pathlock Cloud Understanding.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including support, professional services, product and engineering.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help customers understand and utilize Pathlock Cloud effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support role.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, DB, LDAP.
  • Knowledge of integration to off the shelf ERP technology like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions is a plus.

Hybrid schedule of four days in Office

Salary: $80-100K OTE
