Volt is immediately hiring a Technical Customer Logistics Specialist in Renton, WA.As a Technical Customer Logistics Specialist, you will:Focus on the efficient handling of customer inquiries, order processing, and logistical coordination for specified products, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and satisfaction across the customer journeyThis is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:Managing spare parts ordersUpdate client reporting sheetsVerify and highlight price differences and transaction cost before to send order confirmationMaintains and update an archive of documents / clients' informationVerify product availability - sell in and sell outVerify payment and account before to unlock the goodsJob requirements:Degree in engineering, accounting, business, economics or similar preferredGood understanding of order process and account requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel is requiredExperience with ERP system required (SAP experience preferredSalary: $90K-$100K*Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
