Role Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails related to the daily operation of aftermarket support.
  • Assist our forklift customers in finding the proper parts to suit their needs by utilizing all company support sites.
  • Understand detailed functionality of our website and our ERP system to aid in supporting our and dealers customers; troubleshoot login issues, pricing, and updated parts when needed
  • Continued development of product knowledge and hands-on experience to support complex requests, issues and concerns, independently.
  • Develop a clear understanding of our warranty and return authorization policy to offer a well-rounded customer experience, independently.
  • Assist with OEM parts inquires, and order entry. Keep clear communication via email/ phone with these accounts.
  • Must be able to work in an hybrid environment while maintaining communications with customers and team members.
  • Cross train with fellow team members to increase efficiency and productivity within the department.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience within industry, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in servicing automotive and/or forklift customers and dealers, specifically in manufacturing industries
  • Intermediate in Microsoft suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
