Role Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails related to the daily operation of aftermarket support.
- Assist our forklift customers in finding the proper parts to suit their needs by utilizing all company support sites.
- Understand detailed functionality of our website and our ERP system to aid in supporting our and dealers customers; troubleshoot login issues, pricing, and updated parts when needed
- Continued development of product knowledge and hands-on experience to support complex requests, issues and concerns, independently.
- Develop a clear understanding of our warranty and return authorization policy to offer a well-rounded customer experience, independently.
- Assist with OEM parts inquires, and order entry. Keep clear communication via email/ phone with these accounts.
- Must be able to work in an hybrid environment while maintaining communications with customers and team members.
- Cross train with fellow team members to increase efficiency and productivity within the department.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience within industry, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in servicing automotive and/or forklift customers and dealers, specifically in manufacturing industries
- Intermediate in Microsoft suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
