Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist

Answers phone calls/emails and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
Reports issues in Salesforce.
May be involved in customer training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
This is an individual contributor role that:
Requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise.
Expects the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Typically involves an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
Requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline.
