Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist
Pay rate: $30 - $32 per hour
Duration: 12 months
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Portage, MI, 49002 (HYBRID)
• Answers phone calls/emails and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment.
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Reports issues in Salesforce.
• May be involved in customer training.
• Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
• This is an individual contributor role that:
• Requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise.
• Expects the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Typically involves an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
• Requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline.
• Demands the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
