AVAILABLE: Immediately CERTIFICATION: School Psychologist Certificate QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in evaluating student needs, including a thorough understanding of Special Education Rules and Section 504
- Ability to work with special education students for planning early childhood through secondary transition
- Ability to communicate effectively, plan cooperatively and travel between assigned locations
- Knowledge in curriculum based measures, DIBELs, AIMSweb, RtI, MTSS, and MiBLSi, preferred
- Experience in supporting teachers with using data to implement & evaluate interventions and instruction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide initial and continuing evaluations plus act as an educational consultant as directed by the administration
- Participate in the Teacher Assistance Team at assigned buildings
- Work collaboratively with itinerant staff and Director of Student Support Services to identify student needs and refine RtI Process at all grade levels
- Other duties as assigned by administration
