PurposeThe Technical Delivery Manager contributes to the overall success of the Prime Services and Collateral Management Engineering team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. As this Manager, you will ensure that all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
What You'll Do - Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Support deliverables for Prime Services applications as a technical delivery manager and on projects as a technical project manager.
- Support deliverables for FX and Commodities platform as as a technical project manager.
- Managing application developers, technical analysts and project stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries
- Project governance, development of solutions and implementation plans, managing stakeholder communications, risk management and ensuring project success to achieve regulatory compliance, revenue opportunities, cost reduction opportunities within pre-defined budget and timelines. This includes ensuring strong communications to support change implementation within the impacted business units and stakeholder groups. Someone who can work closely with our Internal Stakeholders, Vendors as well as with Technical Application Team (including Application owner, Business Analysts and Developers), System Architects, Infrastructure Technology and System Operation support teams will be the primary initiative for the successful candidate.
- Work with internal staff to ensure success of essential functions such as contract management, invoice management, communications management.
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

What You'll Bring - College Degree - Bachelor's minimum
- Experience in Financial Services, specifically Capital Markets
- Experience with Program Management - budgets, financial planning, multiple projects
- Experience with various SDLC methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Experience with Feasibility Studies
- Experience within the Prime Services business, specifically Securities Lending
- 5-10+ years of experience in project management of complex IT projects with large # of stakeholder areas
- Experience with Software: Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow
