Expected salary range of $108,000 to $120,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Technical & Instructional Specialist for the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Implements and supports the plans for the Constellation Nuclear Training technology strategy. Site specialist in curricula development activities involving the implementation of Constellation's SAT Model and procedural requirements for the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation that provides guidance to site instructors. Provides expertise in analyzing training problems, developing and recommending solutions relative to NRC, INPO, and the training department requirements to include the following areas: TSO, Training Program Effectiveness, and Training Staff Development. Provides oversight of the self-assessment program for the training department.
