Job Purpose: The Technical Instructor works closely with assigned team to deliver top-tier training to Department of Defense (DoD) client. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between company and operational client staff for planning and preparation.
- Assist with maintaining automated tools, jobs aids and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support curriculum reviews, coursework development and multimedia enhancements with a focus in electronic classrooms.
- Serve as technical lead in area of expertise to develop and execute comprehensive training courses that meet client directives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience: Link Instructor:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study from an accredited college or university. Three (3) additional years of datalink experience can be substituted for degree requirements.
- Graduate of JT-201.
- Six (6) years of datalink experience
- Expertise in operating, integration, configuring, and modifying various C2/TDL systems such as BC3, MSCT, TDF, CAC2S, ADSI, TRAX, JRE, MOJO, FAADC2, etc.
Communicaitons Instructor:
- Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Six (6) years of military communication experience to include:
- Radio terminal equipment applicable to Link 16/Multi-Tactical Data Link Network (MTN) operations.
- The proper handling and operational procedures of crypto and crypto related equipment.
Both Roles Require:
- Current US Government SECRET security clearance.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, NC area.
- Military Instructor Experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
- Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to spot new opportunities and spearhead new initiatives.
- A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.
