- Bachelor of Science in environmental or civil engineering.
- PE license
- 8+ years of civil and environmental engineering experience with a concentration in wastewater treatment design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred or sufficient knowledge of software to effectively manage others
- Experience managing and supervising the work efforts of assigned staff regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget of projects
- Experience delineating capital projects' scopes from concept through construction
- Ability to track and oversee multiple projects at a time
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
