These personas include design engineers, engineering managers, sourcing managers, and others that would be interested in the technology of KEMET, whether they are highly technical or non-technical business professionals. This role acts as a translator between the key features and benefits of our products and technologies and what the needs are of electrical systems and the engineers that design them. Another major responsibility of this role is to advance the development of K-SIM, the KEMET simulation platform. A candidate with strong technical acumen as well as strong content and digital marketing skills will be the most successful one.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on positioning and strategy with Technical Product Managers
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to align with business goals and strategy
- Produce, review, and ideate content in support of campaigns and new product introduction (NPI) activities
- Execute, architect, and optimize that NPI process to ensure on-time delivery of content
- Identify digital key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital content and align on strategies to improve content performance
- Ascertain technical accuracy and relevance of content assets
- Create and execute on the roadmap for the current and future state of KEMET digital tools
- Coordinate with product managers and R&D professionals on the development and implementation of component models into K-SIM
- Complete and coordinate user acceptance testing of features related to K-SIM and the KEMET digital engagement platform
- Work with digital engagement on the technical positioning and user expectations of KEMET digital properties
- Identify and communicate technology drivers that will impact the positioning and adoption of KEMET products
- Coordinate and grow the KEMET Global Webinar series via content selection and promotion
- Create and execute on a technical content architecture strategy that is complete in scale, reach, and types of technical content
- Act as a technical resource to advise other marketing groups on technology and engineering culture and processesRequirements
- BS or Master's in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years in a design engineering role including circuit design and validation
- Design experience with power delivery network schemes and topologies
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor operation and technologies
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress of Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with inbound marketing techniques such as content marketing and account-based marketing
- Experience with marketing automation flows and tools such as Marketo or HubSpot
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the electronic supply chain and fulfillment organizations
- 10%-25% travel to the field and between KEMET offices regionally and globallyBonus Skills
