Our team members have proven experience leading strategic initiatives within the civilian Government agencies.RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations.This position requires the candidate to work onsite in the CONUS or Dulles, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.CST Schedule 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off (rotating weekly) 12-hour days, 0600 - 1800 or 1800 - 0600 Rotating from days to nights or vice versa quarterly. 10% differential pay for all hours between 1800 and 0600. 25% differential pay for eight hours on Sundays.Required Qualifications/Education:Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphKnowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operationsStrong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipmentProficient with Microsoft Office softwareMilitary background or equivalent operations experienceBachelor's Degree and five (5) years relevant experienceDirect relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degreeNice to Have Qualifications:Willingness and ability to learn new skillsBackground in SIGINT collectionExperience working in an Operations CenterDemonstrated ability to work as part of a small teamTechnical competency in one of the following fields:SIGINT Collection/Analysis/TargetingELINT Collection/AnalysisElectronic Warfare (EW)Cryptologic LinguistRadio OperationsCyber SecurityNetwork Engineering/SecurityInformation Technology (with degree)HAM Operations and certificationCertifications:USN/USCG: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTTUSMC: 2600, 2621, 2651, 2631, 2611, 2629USA: 35S, 35N, 35PUSAF: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3, 1N5RCS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
