Job Title: Technical Player Relations Representative II
Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $114,000.00 /annual; plus, bonus eligibility
Summary: Promote Vokey products at professional & amateur golf events by providing education on performance aspects and technologies. Perform premier fitting of products and the highest levels. Build and modify products to specific specifications in mobile and CA based facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Attend professional and amateur golf tournaments to promote, fit, grind, stamp, and build wedges for the world's best players.
* Communicate tour efforts and trends with the R&D team in the process of developing new wedge lines for sale and promotion.
* Spend time with Tour Group improving processes, learning polishing, stamping, and advising on technical changes when needed while creating in house samples.
* Order, build wedges, maintain specs, perform custom stamping tasks, create reports and study tour behaviors and trends.
* Maintain a CDL to support Tour teams as needed in assisting primary operators of Tour Vans.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree required.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Golf Industry.
* A minimum of 8 years must be working on/with Tour Players in the fitting and development of equipment.
* As a minimum, to carry out the responsibilities as listed above, it is required the Representative be at an event not later than 8:00 am each Monday and requires that their presence is maintained throughout all the practice rounds and through the final day before the first round of official play begins.
* The Representative will be required to be at a minimum of 90% of the schedule events which translates to being on the road approximately 40 weeks of the year.
* The job requires standing an average of 8 hours a day and lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.
* Preferred club building and grinding and stamping skills.
