Problem Solving and Innovation: Details of the role: Principal Technical PM Manager must have experience in working closely with Engineering teams. Should run multi-cloud services with the emphasis on improving platform reliability through insights. Will lead the creation and implementation of reliability improvement initiatives across Azure services. Candidate must be data driven with the ability to create clarity and deliver outcomes across various engineering stakeholders. Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree. Overall, ten to twelve years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development Five years of people management experience. Eight years of experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Three years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Three years of hands programming experience. Experience as a Technical PM in managing an Azure Cosmos as a multi-model database service. Preferred Qualifications: Problem solving, using pilot programs, prototyping, and growth hacking approaches. Must have managed an enterprise-wide engagement in implementing MSFT based projects. Must have experience in scoping the project in terms of technology, milestones and the eco system. Should have solid experience / understanding modelling, be a mentor and demonstrated leadership role. Experience with implementing Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve and maintain reliability. Experience with Systems and Standards based engineering organizations. PMP Certified.
