Job Description
The Technical Product Manager will assist the Product management team in project planning, defining product features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role involves assisting with requirements gathering, backlog management, and issue tracking, while developing a deeper understanding of technical concepts relevant to the product domain.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders regularly.
- Requirements & User Stories: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements. Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with senior team members.
- Issue Management: Help identify, document, and manage project issues and risks. Assist in tracking and resolving project-related issues promptly.
- Technical Aptitude: Develop a solid understanding of technical concepts relevant to the product domain. Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Metrics / Analytics: Assist in analyzing metrics and analytics data to inform decision-making. Support in monitoring product performance and user engagement metrics.
Travel Requirements:
- Limited travel throughout the year up to 15%. Occasional travel to meet with stakeholders, participate in team onsite meetings, perform usability testing, attend vendor meetings or conferences may be required.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other Marketing certification.
- Continuous Learning: Encouraging ongoing education through workshops, courses, and seminars related to product management, technology, and leadership.
- Certified SCRUM Product Owner Certification a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with the principles and processes of product management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts relevant to the product domain.

- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
- Experience with Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, etc.)
- Experience managing and estimating projects
- 3 years of experience in product management, Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, Digital Product Development or a related field
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Some knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work with large teams
- Understanding of design quality standards
