About the Role
The company is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of blockchain solutions that redefine user experience in the decentralized web. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly products, including a high-performing crypto checkout platform. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, product strategy, and entrepreneurial drive to execute impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage blockchain solutions spanning off-chain and on-chain protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, legal, and operations teams to execute product vision.
- Deeply understand client and user needs, adapting strategies to diverse business models.
- Leverage data analytics to guide decision-making and measure success.
- Make daily impactful decisions balancing technical, design, and business trade-offs.
- Set high standards for product quality and ensure alignment across teams.
- Engage in hands-on tasks like coding, data analysis, documentation, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategy; crypto experience is a plus.
- Proficient in blockchain concepts, such as Ethereum, ENS, and dApps.
- Background in technical roles like software engineering, protocol development, or data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving ambitious, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
