About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will help align strategic technical initiatives with product goals and serve in part as a Chief of Staff. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly navigate between high-level strategy and tactical execution, driving initiatives across engineering and product teams.You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment between technical and product teams. Additionally, you'll work closely with senior leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives and provide support for the execution of key company goals. What you'll do:

    • Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives: Work with senior leadership to ensure that technical and product strategies are aligned, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve company goals.
    • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Scope and drive complex projects involving multiple teams across Go-To-Market, Product, and Engineering functions. Break down large projects into manageable pieces, define technical strategies, and develop scalable solutions.
    • Operate as a Chief of Staff: Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to set priorities, align teams, and track the progress of critical initiatives. Act as an extension of leadership to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Manage Multiple Programs: Oversee various initiatives, forming strategic partnerships across functions, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality.
    • Influence Technical Decisions: Engage in technical discussions, identifying solution gaps, and making informed decisions on product versus technology trade-offs. Provide deep domain expertise to guide technical strategies alongside engineering teams.
    • Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management: Report progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed. Ensure stakeholders, up to C-suite level, are aligned on goals and timelines, delivering concise updates tailored to different audiences.
    • Strategic Leadership: Provide structure and direction for new problem areas, initiating and leading projects from concept to implementation. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll bring:
    • 5+ years of experience in a TPM role at a tech company, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.
    • Experience working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives across teams.
    • Technical expertise in product/engineering with the ability to challenge and influence technical decisions.
    • Chief of Staff experience or ability to engage strategically with leadership, aligning teams with broader company goals and priorities.
    • Strong project management skills: You have demonstrated the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted programs, with excellent prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
    • Outstanding communication skills: You can translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and proactive: You thrive in fast-paced environments, and you're able to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects forward.
$150,000 - $200,000 a year This is not including bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. Aircall is constantly moving forward.
