What are we looking for in our Technical Project Manager?
Job Duties:
- Responsible for translating plans into actionable, measurable results, providing direction, and adapting to change.
- This individual will lead workstreams within strategic programs and be responsible for leading the delivery of stated outcomes.
- Projects cover the intersection with product management, product/platform engineering, infosec and production operations.
Skills:
- Break a problem down into its component parts
- Identify the root cause and develop a solution
- Analyze problems and use learning process to gain deep understanding before deciding on a course of action
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling change, being able to juggle multiple demands, and adapting to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches
- Connect Product and Engineering teams via applied Agility Demonstrate consistent delivery of high-quality projects
- Build trust with technologists Build expertise in project areas
