Now Hiring: Technical Project Manager Attention all project management specialists; we've got something exciting for you! Our client, Lighting Services Inc, is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager with the ability to work with functional resources to bring alignment and clarity on client-facing and internal projects resulting in successful delivery of final products. This is a full-time, exempt onsite position with an anticipated annual salary range of $65,000 - $90,000. Key Responsibilities: Drive projects from inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks Implement processes and tools for projects as needed based on Project Management Office (PMO) established standards (document control, scope management, change control management, tracking, etc.) Lead team meetings to evaluate progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required per project Report status of projects to key stakeholders as appropriate or requested for each phase of the project Provide portfolio reports regularly to show overall workload and health of projects Required Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods Stellar ethical conduct (uphold policies, rules, regulations, and laws that govern our work) Demonstrated history of self-accountability in decision-making and supervising teams Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to accurately forecast/predict challenges and proactively mitigate obstacles and risk Expertise in Windows, MS Projects, MS Planner, MS Teams and MS Office applications Excellent time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Education and Experience: College degree in Project Management or related technical field preferred 3-5 years of experience in exempt-level project management role preferred Professional Project Management (PMP) certification preferred Experience leading high-level collaborative environments and building strong, accomplished teams Benefits: Salary: competitive, commensurate with position, skill level and experience Company 401K Safe Harbor Plan: 3% (based on annual salary) safe harbor employer contribution into an account regardless of whether the employee contributes or not Medical / Insurance Contribution: 80%+ employer contribution, depending on plan Life insurance: employer-paid coverage of your annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000.
