Are you a technical whiz with a knack for keeping projects on track? We're looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to join a talented team and shepherd products from initial ideas to production. As well as taking care of current products.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Oversee all technical aspects of projects, from inception to production.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews to guarantee the product's technical integrity.
  • Leverage market research to identify solutions for sourcing and technical challenges.
  • Proactively address and resolve obstacles that arise during the project.
  • Craft and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress and keep the schedule on track.
  • Coordinate activities seamlessly across internal departments and with suppliers.
  • Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Manage vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Provide regular project status reports to all levels of management and departments.
  • Review and support the development of testing procedures.
  • Manage and update project documentation in digital formats.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or project engineering.
  • A strong background in electromechanical product development.
  • Experience interfacing with diverse engineering teams (mechanical, electrical hardware & firmware).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Project.

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) is required.

Here's what will set you apart:

  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com and Jira.
  • Knowledge of eDrawings/SolidWorks/PTC Creo for technical drawings.
  • Data analysis skills to interpret project data.
  • PMP certification.
