Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong technical background to join our team. An experienced Project Manager, need to have experience in Java, C#, background and other relevant technologies, along with exposure to Capital Markets and DevOps practices. This role requires excellent communication and soft skills, as well as a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $120k - $140k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: You are:
  • 10+ years of proven work experience in Tech PM
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Project Manager software development background, with Java, C#, and other relevant technologies.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets and understanding of financial instruments is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
