Technical Project Manager - SaaS AI Communications Platform

Hybrid - 2 days in the office / 3 remotely
Our client has developed a leading SaaS AI product to help Compliance teams understand colleague communication across multiple communications channels by leveraging multi-layered AI and ML.
Currently over 130 staff globally, their clients are major global Financial Services companies, they're rapidly expanding and hiring a Technical Project Manager with software or product experience, Enterprise clients and minimum 4 years as a Project Manager.
The PM will excel in both customer relations and project management, handle escalations with ease, turning challenges into opportunities, while effectively managing internal and external teams. Strong matrix management skills and the ability to motivate others are essential.
In this role, the Technical Project Manager will manage large-scale software and AI projects end-to-end, working closely with customers and senior stakeholders, handling project scope, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
