We are searching for a Technical Project Manager to support the (FAA) Aviation Safety Flight Standards Service. RequirementsThe Technical Project Manager will have the knowledge, skills, and experience to:
  • Develop, revise, and produce all training course materials in accordance with FAA training standards, policies, and guidelines to include the latest versions of guidance provided by the Course Manager
  • Schedule training course kick-off meetings in coordination and with approval from the Course Manager, and provide agendas and documentation when directed by the Course Manager
  • Provide individual coaching that enables leaders to explore specific situations in which they want to improve their effectiveness, identify the root causes that reduce their effectiveness, and shift their mindset and behaviors to better achieve their goals
  • Provide facilitation that promotes and/or encourages change at the team level
  • Conduct an in-depth study of current processes and structures to diagnose factors that impede movement into the culture change and provide consultative recommendations on how to change and/or improve processes, to achieve sustainable results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience (FAA experience a plus)
  • PMP Certification
