Technical Recruiter

  • Salary: $70k -$80k base + commission
  • Location: Hybrid - Office in Haworth, NJ (1-2 days a week)

As the Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in placing top technical talent across Fintech, Trading, and Hedge Funds. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll handle recruitment for high-level technical roles, with exclusive positions ready for you to fill. There is no requirement for Business Development (BD) unless you choose to, as the roles are provided by internal connections. You'll have full control over your processes, operating in a flexible, collaborative, and non-KPI-driven environment.

The Technical Recruiter will:

  • Own the recruitment process for highly technical roles across Fintech, Trading, and Hedge Funds.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, placing top candidates into exclusive positions.
  • Focus on technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and systems developers.
  • Enjoy the freedom to manage your own recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Be part of a collaborative, laid-back team while benefiting from total remote flexibility.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in technical recruitment, preferably within Fintech, Trading, or Hedge Funds.
  • Strong understanding of the technical landscape, including engineering, data, and software roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating accountability and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Background in executive search is a plus but not required.
