The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles and a passion for matching talent with opportunity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying, attracting, and acquiring exceptional technical talent. This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, recruiting expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.* Develop a deep understanding of FormFactor's business and culture to ensure alignment in hiring.* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing through selection and offer negotiations* Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.* Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.* Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process with internal stakeholders and candidates* Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and continuously improve our recruitment processes.* Educate hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and decision-making.* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policiesQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles.* 2+ years of experience in semiconductor or adjacent technical industry* Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including [mention specific technologies or fields].* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Proven ability to engage and successfully close candidates.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.* Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software tools.* Data-driven mindset with a passion for utilizing metrics to inform recruiting strategies.The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $123,00 and $151,000. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
