Technical Recruiter – Direct Hire Team

We are looking for dynamic, driven individuals to join our Direct Hire Recruiting Team as Technical Recruiters. If you have a passion for connecting talent with opportunities in the engineering industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily phone calls to source and engage with potential candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates via calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and understand their career goals.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to align on client needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage top recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and others to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Serve as a resource for candidates, addressing questions and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
