We also have expertise in placing senior-level Software and Hardware consultants across a range of industries. Role Overview: We are currently inviting applications for the position of Technical Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in recruitment, particularly in the tech and life sciences sectors. The Junior Technical Recruiter will assist the recruitment team in identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and filling open positions. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & Outreach:
    • Assist in sourcing potential consultants via databases, referrals, online forums, and social media.
  • Candidate Evaluation:
    • Review technical competencies and assist in evaluating candidates for appropriate client placements.
    • Help conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience.
    • Support in matching candidates with suitable open positions.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Assist in creating candidate reports, highlighting strengths and areas for development.
    • Help complete paperwork for new hires and maintain detailed records.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Support in maintaining a digital presence to facilitate network-building activities and attract talent.
    • Assist in promoting Carlton National Resources as an attractive employer and recruiting partner.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Eagerness to learn and utilize recruitment databases and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
