SourceFly is seeking a Technical Recruiter. This is a remote-based position with some local travel for meetings and training in the Washington DC area.We are a fast-growing startup that is preparing to scale in the Technology Services space. SourceFly is a Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered inMaryland that provides in-demand technology innovation support, creative design services and workforce solutions for public sector, commercial and nonprofit customers. We support customers nationwide and primarily focus on in the following areas: Cybersecurity, Software Development, Data Science, IT Infrastructure and Creative Design.You will have an opportunity to join a performance-driven team that is positioned for growth. This position will be working remote and will focus on initiating contact with prospective candidates. The selected candidate will advise on hiring requirements, source, recruit and manage the self-generated candidate pipeline through the hiring lifecycle.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft and post job descriptions for various roles using a provided tools and resourcesIdentify and evaluate candidate resumes against the technical customer requirements, and perform candidate screening to ensure skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements for both technical and non-technical candidatesPerform sourcing and recruiting candidates through various cloud-based recruiting job board tools, such as: ClearanceJobs, Dice, Indeed or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plusUtilize an internal Applicant Tracking Database to manage candidate and position dataWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment and achieve resultsDetermine candidate's qualification criteria against position requirementsInfluence candidates and effectively market open positions, highlighting benefits of position to prospective candidatesConduct in person and video conference, or telephone interviewsSchedule candidates for phone, video conference and in-person interviewsWork with HR Manager to manage the on and off boarding processStrong ability to understand technical and business conceptsDetail oriented and able to adjust quickly to changeProcess and manage rejection while maintaining focus and drive to fill open positionsResponsible, self-sufficient, reliable, and strong work ethicAttend local meetings and training in the Washington DC areaKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS1+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator (preferred, but not required)Bachelor's degreeStrong written and verbal communication skillsOutgoing and motivated with a performance-driven mindsetAbility to multi-task and operate at a quick paceEEO CommitmentWe're an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer that empowers our people to fearlessly drive change - no matter their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, lactation, or related medical conditions), national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, local, or international law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
