Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting process for technical/software engineers
- Conduct effective database searches to proactively identify and evaluate qualified candidates for job opportunities identified by project managers.
- Assess potential candidates by conducting phone and in person interviews to determine suitability for positions.
- Create a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing technical resources such as LinkedIn.com, career websites, and social media.
- Develop job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Conducts background checks and schedules for pre-employment testing.
- Assists new hires with electronic onboarding paperwork and completes I9 verification.
- Manage new hire onboarding: scheduling and facilitating orientation and initial training.
- Collaborates with supervisors and managers for release of the employee to their position
- Partner with the HR Director to develop solutions and programs to increase employee engagement including scheduling events, employee recognition programs, and service award programs.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field and minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience with a concentration in technical/software engineers required

- High proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects

- Must be willing to work in an ever changing and evolving department to meet the changing demands of the workforce
