Contract Technical Recruiter
Location: San Francisco OR Denver-This will be a hybrid role with the expectation that you will work out of our San Francisco or Denver offices approximately 2 days per week.
12 month W2 contract
We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to aid in the expansion of our Engineering team. The perfect candidate will possess a track record of effectively recruiting for various levels of individual contributor (IC) roles across diverse engineering domains such as software engineering, data, security, and machine learning. Moreover, we are looking for someone experienced in facilitating the growth of rapidly evolving technology companies, who is comfortable in a fast-paced agile environment. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner to our hiring stakeholders, providing consultation on talent acquisition strategies and the hiring process while executing against the team's hiring objectives.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
- Partner with hiring teams to grasp organizational objectives and drive tailored hiring plans
- Develop unique strategies to identify, attract, engage, and close top talent through various channels
- Ensure candidates in process receive a positive and engaging experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compensation, Talent Operations, HR Business Partners, and Executive Operations
- Identify and nurture diverse talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Establish scalable processes to support long-term recruitment efforts
- Actively contribute to enhancing recruitment practices by challenging norms and offering valuable suggestions for improvement
Here's what we're looking for:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with 3+ years within a high growth tech environment
- Experience creatively building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams
- Experience coaching hiring managers and guiding them through the entire recruiting lifecycle
- Proven experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from mid career to senior leadership positions for niche engineering teams
- Familiarity with funnel metrics - you can use your data to understand and predict candidates needed to achieve hiring targets at your best in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, Linkedin Recruiter and G-Suite
