Job Description:

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter focused on University Recruiting for our global tech client in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to support specialized hiring for its Talent Acquisition team. The role is focused on sourcing and hiring students for niche roles across the company, including Cloud Platform, Devices and Services, and Entertainment. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, tracking, and analyzing recruitment metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes during peak seasons.

Pay: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour depending on experience

Duration: 6+ month contract with possible extension or conversion

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 40hrs per week plus possible Overtime

Location: Working on site in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
  • Source, assess, and hire students for technical and niche roles across Amazon.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring processes, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage candidate and campus information and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on special projects such as recruiting initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including requisition creation, sourcing, assessments, interviewer securement, and hiring updates.

Requirements:

  • Required Experience: At least 2 years in a technical or college full-cycle recruiting role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Project Coordination and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Candidate Sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Interview Coordination and candidate engagement.
  • College Recruiting experience, particularly for technical roles.
