- Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs for IT staff that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assess training and skill development needs for both new hires and existing IT staff, based on career paths and talent planning discussions.
- Track and report on training metrics for both new and current IT staff, using data to measure progress, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Own the change management process for talent development initiatives, including creating and executing communication strategies to drive engagement and successful adoption.
- Mentor IT staff throughout their learning journeys, providing support and guidance as they progress through training and career development programs.
- Maintain and organize a central repository for all talent development resources, ensuring accessibility for IT leaders and team members.Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, or a related IT field.
- 3+ years of experience in training, Learning & Development, or a mentorship/management role within an SDLC or IT environment.
- Professional history of successfully leading large-scale initiatives and projects within an organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and drive action.
- Experience developing and mentoring IT talent at scale, ideally within a technology-focused organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT and/or learning and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
