- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to close, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our warehouse automation solutions to effectively communicate benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in prospect organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with technical team to present and demo our solutions and deliver pre-sale designed solutions.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in our CRM system.
- Identify, develop, and manage, large strategic accounts.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies. This may include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, setting clear sales objectives, devising action plans and timelines.
- Develop and support Channel Partners
- Occasional travel to client site and trade shows in and out of the US. are needed.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of sales experience selling solutions in distribution, order fulfillment, or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, dynamic and work independently
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment.
- Available for travel domestically and international
Preferred:
- Proficient in data analytics such as excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
- Proficient in AutoCad
