One of our clients is actively searching for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer based in either New Kensington, PA or East Hanover, NJ. Job Description: - Have the ability to identify customers with product portfolios that match equipment and engineering capabilities, with emphasis on high precision machined components - Duties include business development, support of estimating, technical specifications review, and active participation in technology roadmap / strategic planning - Keep up to date with current industry trends in medical, automotive and general machining - Negotiate and design custom solutions for existing and potential clients Job Requirements Job Requirements: - Minimum of 5+ years experience in a technical sales role for high precision machined components - Must have background/experience in medical, automotive and/or general machining industries - Strong aptitude and familiarity with CNC Milling and CNC Swiss Screw/Lathe processes - Excellent understanding of manufacturing practices, opportunities, and limitations - Proficient in reading/interpreting blueprints and specs - Ability to travel as needed and work outside normal office hours when required
