WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Provide laboratory technical and engineering support to customers, sales representatives, contractors, and architects Run regular and advanced tests on concrete. Learn to run tests on Iso thermal calorimeter and Thermogravimetric analyzer Learn concrete petrography Provide support and laboratory assistance with customer complaint investigations and the development of new or improved products Actively participates in projects related to cement production and cement plant QC, raw materials, intermediate products, alternative materials, fuels, and additives - including plan of action development, execution, and report generation. Focus areas will be sustainable technology and plant optimization. Support customers in the development and optimization of mix designs Ownership of the competitive cement testing activities. Report results of competitive cement testing program to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedure Oversee lab maintenance and upkeep. Schedule equipment calibration. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of concrete products and design knowledge of cement-based products. Knowledge of civil engineering. Demonstrated experience in customer relations. Solid computer skills including MS Office products.
