Summary: Fives Group has an immediate opening for a Technical Salesperson to be responsible for the order processing for spare parts at our offices in Wadsworth, Ohio. The Technical Salesperson will collect, consolidate and organize spare parts lists for various projects, prepare the offer to the end user, complete the sale, oversee and process the order internally and initiate invoicing for the delivered parts. This person will be reporting to the Fives Service Manager. This role will involve daily interface with Fives' personnel both within the Fives office, spare parts counterparts at the appropriate Fives entity within the Fives Steel Group, purchasing, logistics, sales teams and project management. Primary objective is to be the contact within Fives for all things related to spare parts. Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Project Managers to collect spare parts information pertinent to the specific project.
- Collect and combine spare parts lists from the pertinent Fives entities.
- Work with customer's maintenance/purchasing departments to define their needs.
- Prepare the commercial offer for spare parts.
- Work with the customer to refine the offer and make the sale.
- Track the progress of the spare parts in process.
- Work with Fives Logistics to specify shipping instructions.
- Initiate the invoicing for spare part deliveries.
- Regularly contact our customers to determine and address their spare parts needs.
- Report spare parts activities to the Service Manager.

- Extensive experience in PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
Education/Experience:
- 2+ years of similar experience in technical sales
- Technical degree or equivalent experience would be a plus but not required
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP
